REVIEW
This new condominium apartment building was erected in 2007 and its white, sandblasted, precast concrete façade with arctic blue windows overlooks Union Square Park.

The building's amenities include a full-time doorman, gym and concierge service. Residents have easy access to public transportation, and the Strand bookstore, Whole Foods, Greenwich Village and the Flatiron and Chelsea districts are nearby.

The 14-story building, which was designed by Arpad Baksa, has 20 apartments.

Apartments feature 10-foot-high ceilings; Bang & Olufsen pre-wiring; Valcucine kitchens with Sub-Zero refrigerators and Miele cooktops, dishwashers and wall ovens; and bathrooms with textured limestone floors and walls, Waterworks fixtures and tower radiators.

One-bedroom apartments have living rooms with west walls that are open kitchens. Two- and three-bedroom apartments have corner windows overlooking Union Square Park and living rooms with open kitchens on the south walls.

Two duplex penthouses have 11-foot-high ceilings, while corner windows with inward-opening "French doors" and "fake Juliet" balconies overlook the park. The duplex penthouse on the 11th and 12th floors has a 2,000-square foot terrace.
