No fee rental located in Beekman/Sutton Place, at The Southeast corner of First Avenue

Description of Stonehenge 57 at 400 East 57th Street

Stonehenge 57 stretches a full block on the east side of First Avenue between 56th and 57th streets. White brick and black masonry provide a distinctive look for this pre-war, 19-story building featuring a beautifully renovated  lobby designed by Andres Escobar. Spacious layouts, breathtaking views and ample natural light accent spectacularly renovated apartments, complimented by easy access to public transportation. Fine shopping, restaurants, and green space are located within a few blocks, and those who call this pet-friendly, doorman-building home will agree that Sutton Place has never been so chic. A state-of-the-art fitness center, lounge and yoga/multi-purpose room are scheduled to open spring 2018. Nearby transportation includes the 59th Street 4/5/6/N/Q/R/W.

The building’s owner/manager, Stonehenge NYC, hosts over 100 complimentary resident events every year that range from Yappy Hour (happy hour for you and your pup) to cooking classes. Its use of Rhino directly insures the landlord for apartments and keeps residents from worrying about security deposits.

Carter Horsley's Review of Stonehenge 57

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This attractive, 19-story, white-brick, post-war apartment building has 267 rental apartments.

There is excellent cross-town bus service on 57th Street although subways are not too close. Because of the bridge, there is considerable traffic in this area. New luxury apartment construction projects at the start of this millennium several blocks to the south on First Avenue closer to the United Nations complex have generated an substantial improvement of the retail character of this avenue."
