Carter Horsley's Review of 269 West 72nd Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This handsome, Italian Renaissance-palazzo-style apartment building was erected in 1925 and converted to a cooperative in 1986. The 16-story structure has 63 apartments.

The building, which permits protruding air-conditioners, has very attractive window reveals at both its base and top. The neighborhood has good shopping and is not far from the bustling Lincoln Center district to the south." Read Carter's Full Review
