It is just to the west of the very ornate, 11-story Walton apartment house at 104 West 70th Street that is distinguished by its large, indented bay windows and the 5th and 6th floors and a very ornate two-and-half story entrance surround.

Although the Walton is missing its cornice, this building has a nice small one.

It is only a few blocks north of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and it is close to the handsome 72nd Street subway station.

It has no doorman and no fitness center.
