Carter Horsley's Review of 127 West 96th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This pleasantly eclectic apartment building was erected in 1930 and converted to a cooperative in 1984. The 17-story building has 145 apartments.

The brown-brick building has a pair of very demure and quixotic pelican statues on the third story and an arched limestone surround at its canopied entrance. The building has no sidewalk landscaping and permits protruding air-conditioners. It has no garage and no health club." Read Carter's Full Review
