"This 8-story apartment house was converted to a cooperative in 1987 and has 32 units.

It has a prime location in the very desirable Carnegie Hill neighborhood. It is half a block from Central Park and close to several private schools and religious institutions as well as several major cultural institutions including the Solomon R.
