"This handsome, 15-story red-brick apartment building at 1112 Park Avenue on the southwest corner at 90th Street in Carnegie Hill was erected in 1927 and designed by Emery Roth, whose other buildings on the avenue include 784, 1009 and 1175 Park Avenue and the Ritz Tower on the northeast corner at 57th Street.
