It was developed by the Clarett Group and designed by Randy Gerner of Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel. It was their collaboration. Their other projects include 2770 Broadway and the Post Luminaria at 385 First Avenue.

Ceiling heights vary from 9 feet 4 inches to 11 feet 4 inches and apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows and Santos mahogany flooring and washers and dryers.
