"The Clement Moore is a handsome, 51-unit residential condominium conversion project at 140 West 22nd Street.

A 544-square-foot studio apartment was priced initially at the time of its conversion in 2006 at $675,000. One-bedroom units were available from about $950,000 with 841 square feet. Two-bedroom, two-bath units with 1,386 square feet started at about $1,750,000." Read Carter's Full Review
