Carter Horsley's Review of The Fitzroy

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"The Fitzroy is a stunning, deep-green, terracotta-clad, mid-rise, mid-block residential condominium at 514 West 24th Street in Chelsea.

It was developed by JDS Development Group and Largo Investments and scheduled for completion in 2016.  JDS recently made condominium conversions of the handsome Walker and Stella buildings on the West Side that were designed in Art Deco-style by Ralph Walker." Read Carter's Full Review
