"This 12-story residential condominium at 84 Front Street in the Dumbo section of Brooklyn was designed by Marvin Meltzer of Meltzer Mandl Architects for Boymelgreen Developers and completed in 2006.

The building has many corner windows, and it top floor fenestration is deeply inset, or "punched." The building has a major setback at the eighth floor and its tower has a center section that is curved." Read Carter's Full Review
