"The top 30 floors of the 42-story, luxury residential rental, mid-block tower at 1214 Fifth Avenue on 102nd Street has 185 apartments and the lower floors of medical offices are leased to the adjacent Mt. Sinai Medical Center.

"This building is a luxury high rise with a parking garage attached to the building. There is a large modern lobby with full time doorman and concierge, a courtyard driveway for drop-off and departure. The building residential units start above the 20th floor and rise to the Penthouse level on the 52nd floor. Upper floors have only four apartments per floor. There are studio to four bedroom units. Some units have been combined. Related Management has the contract on this building which is owned by Mt. Sinai. No board. This is a rental. Perched high above the Fifth Avenue Coops and overlooking Central Park 1214 Fifth is a modern building nestled around cooperatives built in the 1920's. Mt. Sinai has a big footprint in this neighborhood at East 98th to 101st and on 102nd. The bustling activity at Mt. Sinai and kids walking to school make this a vibrant area to live. Restaurants and shops are nearby in Carnegie Hill."
