"Marketing began in July, 2007 for The Bridges NYC, an attractive, residential condominium project that consists of a seven story building at 2279 Third Avenue on the southeast corner at 124th Street and a seven-story building at 2283 Third Avenue on the northeast corner at 124th Street.

The building at 2283 has 18 apartments and a 24-hour doorman and the building at 2279 has 14 apartments and a "virtual" doorman." Read Carter's Full Review
