This 25-story building was erected in 1907 as an office building for The Trust Company of America and was converted to a rental apartment building by Leonard Wilf in 2007.
The building has 372 apartments and a prime location in the Financial District, close to the New York Stock Exchange and public transportaton. The conversion was designed by Costas Kondylis.
Its former banking hall has been leased to Tiffany's, ushering in a higher level of luxury retail to the area.
The very handsome building has a 24-hour concierge and doorman, a fitness center, a screening room, a roof deck, individual storage units, a billiard room, a library and a resident's lounge.
Kitchens have white lacquered cabinetry framed in aluminum, natural stone counters and stainless steel appliances. Baths have walnut millwork with Carrera marble and chrome.
Most apartments include walk-in closets and each resident enjoys 150 channels of free DirecTV. Residents have complimentary access to a state-of-the-art fitness center and an exclusive lounge features library, billiard room and screening room with Wi-Fi throughout.

Prior to its residential conversion, the building was vacant for a few years and previously had served as offices for Chase Bank.
