Studios may include sleeping alcoves, while one bedrooms often offer flexible layouts with space for home offices or dining areas and ample closet space, including walk in closets in select units. Units are wired for up to 8 phone lines, though flex walls and space alterations are not permitted. Each floor includes a laundry facility.

Additional services include an on site garage, bicycle storage, individual storage lockers, and valet service. Dogs are permitted with a $500 one-time fee per pet.
