Broker & Buyer Comments

"p/t doorman, common storage and laundry in basement (w/d are not permitted but grandfathered in) there are offices on the basement level. They are reasonable. I know several of the members from working in the building. Financial requirements: they want to make sure the monthly costs can be carried for a couple of years There are several great restaurants on Irving, Pure Food is directly across the street as is Pete`s Tavern. PAS is chock full of top restaurants as are some of the side streets near Union Sq. Subway is 22 Street for #6, Union Sq has 4,5,6,n,r,w,l. Farmers market, Rothmans clothing. Gramercy Park Hotel across the park is a recent nighttime destination."
