One Hanson Place is a landmarked skyscraper in Brooklyn that contains 175 residences. The former Williamsburg Savings Bank Tower was converted to apartments around 2006.
It was long the tallest structure in the Borough and it enjoys a prime location next to the Brooklyn Academy of Music and across from the Atlantic Yards Development. While units range in size, most have ceilings higher than 10 feet and all feature large windows and premium fixtures. Kitchens are equipped with modern appliances and bathrooms have limestone and mosaic tiling.
