Carter Horsley's Review of 18 East 12th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"A February 24, 1985 article in The New York Times noted that the commercial buildings at 16 and 20 East 12th Street in Greenwich Village were being converted into a single 38-unit residential condominium by Secured Properties Inc. and 16-20 Realty Associates.  Among the principals, the article continued, was Jonathan L. Paskow.

Vito J. Tricarico was the architect for the project, which added a floor to each building: one has 9 stories and the other 12, “to accommodate duplex units on the top floors.”" Read Carter's Full Review
