Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This 9-story building at 35 East 10th Street between University Place and Broadway in Greenwich Village was erected in 1900 and shares a related base with 33 East 10th Street.  This building, unlike 33 East 10th Street, is setback above the fourth floor.

This building, which has 62 co-operative apartments, has a two-step-up entrance beneath a black marquee and its retail spaces are tucked beneath a light-colored wide bandcourse. " Read Carter's Full Review
