Comment About the Building

The building was the first highrise in Greenwich Village. Designed by Emory Roth, built by Bing & Bing. The elevators have just been refurbished to be automatic, leaving the full time attendant to man the front door. Some of the most notable terra cota tiling in NYC. The board is relatively strict, looking for very solid financials. However, it is very pet friendly -- most of the board members have dogs. And certainly not unreasonable. But things need to be played very much by the book. It`s plumb center of Greenwich Village. Couldn`t be closer to both east and west lines. Shopping and restaurants? You`ve got them all within a few minutes walk.
