"This rakishly angled 6-story building at 1 Seventh Avenue South is at the intersection of the avenue with Carmine and Clarkson Streets where it has a sharply angled corner that is highlighted by floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides of the 45 degree end of the building.

Rogers Marvel Architects has designed the building, which has only 4 apartments, which was scheduled for completion in September, 2007." Read Carter's Full Review
