"This attractive, 17-story apartment building was erected in 1954 and converted to a cooperative in 1987. It has 89 apartments.

This is a lively section of the Upper East Side and there are many restaurants in the vicinity, especially to the north on Second Avenue. Second Avenue, on the other hand, has considerable traffic headed for the Queensborough Bridge 10 blocks to the south." Read Carter's Full Review
