"This attractive, 12-story, mid-block apartment building was erected in 1961. It is a cooperative with 135 apartments.

This yellow-brick building has a green canopy with a stainless-steel entrance surround with three large windows that look into its large lobby reception area. The building has a doorman, sidewalk landscaping, some corner windows, discrete air-conditioners and a garage, but no health club, no balconies and no sundeck." Read Carter's Full Review
