Carter Horsley's Review of Evans View

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"When this building first opened it was called the Uptown Memphis, but it was not related to the Memphis Downtown at 140 Charles Street, which was designed by different architects although both share a whimsical sense of decoration in reference to the Memphis design style that was popular in the 1980's.

The design by Gruzen Samton Steinglass and Abraham Rothenberg is very sharp and crisp and clean." Read Carter's Full Review
