"Hawthorn Park is a 54-story rental apartment building at 160 West 62nd Street on the Fordham University campus at the southwest corner of the Lincoln Center For the Performing Arts and west of the stunning, curved, 22-story Fordham University Law School and Dormitory Building designed by Pei Cobb Freed.

It was developed by Glenwood Management and designed by the Stephen B. Jacobs Group that has also designed similar tower for Glenwood planned for 175 West 60th Street." Read Carter's Full Review

"This is one of Glenwood's new developments and has a beautiful indoor pool and private outdoor garden. Beautiful spacious lobby and full time doorman. They do NOT allow roommate shares. Professionals and families only. 1 Small dog up to 15 lbs per household. They do not charge for application/credit fees. Prime Upper West Side neighborhood around the corner from Lincoln Center and a 5 minute walk to Columbus Circle, Central Park and Time Warner Center."
