Nevada Towers, 2025 Broadway

Co-op located in Upper West Side, between West 69th Street & West 70th Street

Comment About the Building

Building management does not take care of the grounds. Someone puts cooked white rice and pieces of bread on the sidewalk behind the building on W. 69th St. almost every morning. Security does not intervene. This has attracted a large population of pigeons that roost and defecate on the window ledges of Nevada Towers and also the Dorchester Towers across the street. Also the rear garden is never maintained and is overrun with bindweed vines.

Comments About the Board
