East River Coop, 570 Grand Street

The co-op at 570 Grand Street is part of East River Co-op, a four-building complex that counts 1,672 apartments within. This particular building sits at the northwest corner of the complex, allowing for dramatic views of the Williamsburg Bridge, the East River, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Downtown and Midtown skylines. Though the particular view depends on where the apartment faces, even many of the lower-floor units come with sweeping vistas thanks to the building’s prominent location. A supermarket and a 24-hour convenience store are located within a block, while the Essex Crossing complex with a Trader Joe’s, Target, and Regal Cinemas is also located nearby.

The co-op permits guarantors, pied-a-terres, gifting, and subleasing (after two years of ownership and with a sublet fee). Dogs are not permitted.
