This 26-story, mid-block building has its tower setback from its low-rise base on Broadway.
The building, which was completed in early 1986, has a high atrium along Broadway, for which it received a zoning bonus as a public amenity although the space was taken over by a restaurant.
The building was developed by Lewis Futterman and Steven E. Magid and designed by John Harding & Associates.
The building has a concierge and a laundry room, but no garage, no health club, no sundeck and no particular design quality. Its location, however, is prime for the Upper West Side, close to Lincoln Center, major retail facilities and public transportation.
