About Tower 67, 145 West 67th Street
This huge and attractive tower was built by the Manocherian Brothers, one of the city's leading residential developers and was one of the tallest buildings on the West Side when it was erected in 1986.
The building has no setbacks but its mass is nicely relieved by its columns of attractive balconies.
In addition to its good views, the building has a garage and driveway, a doorman and a concierge, and valet service. There are ten apartments per floor.
This neighborhood just to the north of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts has changed dramatically and for the better since this building was completed. It is now one of the most desirable in the city as it abounds in major stores, many restaurants and excellent public transportation. Many of the newer residential towers nearby are among the most desirable in the city.
