One Park Will Soon Celebrate Its Grand Opening; DMG Investments

Glassy condos are rising atop the Palisades in New Jersey's Cliffside Park, overlooking the Hudson River. One Park at 320 Adolphus Avenue is a 14-story building set to house 204 apartments composed of one to four bedrooms. A teaser site was launched in April with as expected, barely any details on the project. Now, the full site has debuted giving us a closer look at the sleek residences and the spectacular Manhattan and Hudson River views the location offers. Prices start from $500K.

One Park is being brought forth by DMG Investments and the architects at Architectura with interiors curated by boutique design firm VLDG Inc. The building officially launched preview sales when the team opened an on-site sales gallery today. Halstead Property Development Marketing is exclusively handling the sales and the grand opening of the building is slated for later this year.
