The units that have closed thus far have an average price/ft2 of $3,471 and an average sales price of $9.6 million.
To date, the most expensive sale recorded is the $12.9 million closing of unit 6B, a 3,242/ft2 four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom unit. The most expensive unit on offer in the condo was a $65 million duplex, the sale of which has yet to be recorded. Current availabilities range from a $7.95 million three-bedroom to a $23.5 million four-bedroom.
