Bayonne Mayor Jimmy Davis attended a groundbreaking ceremony last week, as did other local officials and representatives from the developer.
957 Broadway’s amenities will include roof terraces and an underground, two-level parking garage with 150 spaces designed to minimize neighborhood impact. It will also contain 8,500 square feet of retail alongside Broadway. Local entertainment and restaurants are just blocks away, and the building is located one block from the 45th Street light rail station for a quick commute to Jersey City.
