The 107 condo sales came in at an average of $2,703,928 ($1,723 per ft²) and a median of $1,444,000. The 123 co-op sales came in at an average of $1,443,025 and a median of $897,000. The top five sales came in Midtown/Uptown buildings close to Central Park (the usual suspects), while the lower half came in a mix of downtown conversions, a pre-war homage (The Laureate), and the svelte glass Tribeca condo, 111 Murray Street. One notable sale (#7) was of Keith Richards' Greenwich Village penthouse, which according to the Observer, has been on the market since March 2016. The Rolling Stones rock star and his wife, Patti Hansen, reportedly paid $10.5 million for the spread in February 2014 and wanted $12.23 million in a two-year flip. The three-bedroom, four-bath co-op ultimately closed for $9,000,000. More details below.
