As a recently filed offering plan shows, the Long Island City building boom will not be coming to an end any time soon. Bridgeview Tower’s total sellout of $34,685,400 puts the 37 condos at an average price of just under $1 million, or just below the Long Island City average price of $1,312,500. Those prices combined with a location one subway stop away from Manhattan will make it an extremely attractive option.
Attraction applies to the newly revealed building as well. As netting comes down, the brick facade beneath looks quite similar to a rendering released by Queens-based Architects Studio. Large windows will fill the apartments with natural light, and select units have private balconies. Building amenities will include a second-floor lounge, rooftop greenhouse, bike room, and 19 parking spaces.
Bridgeview Tower takes shape in a rapidly growing community around the Queensboro Plaza subway stop. It is across the street from Q41, a luxury rental where a penthouse is listed for $4,800/month. On the sales side, over 75% of the units in the nearby Arcadia LIC have already entered contract. The few remaining availabilities at Canvas start at $710K, and One Queens Plaza has recently topped out.
