Beyond the Hoboken-Weehawken-Jersey City trifecta, the Cliffside Park area near Edgewater is making its mark as a New Jersey residential destination. Proof of that can be found at One Park, a 14-story condominium that architecture critic Carter Horsley describes as “a very striking and very modern cliff-top aerie.” The design by Architectura features a glass window wall façade designed to incorporate elements of the building’s riverfront location. Local designer VLDG handled the interiors. Most recently, Dan Mazzarini of BHDM Design, one of Interior Design magazine’s 40 Up-and-Coming Designers, recently designed a fully furnished, three-bedroom model unit.
Sales launched last summer and got off to a brisk start. Of the remaining availabilities, one-bedroom, 1.5-bath homes start at $600K; two-bedroom, two-bath homes start at $840K; three-bedroom, two-bath homes start at $1.382 million; and a four-bedroom, three-bath is listed at $4.345 million.
