A new mixed-use development is coming to Fulton Street near the border of Bedford-Stuyvesant and Clinton Hill in Brooklyn. In 2017, permits were filed by property owner Yoel Werzberger for a 15,198-square-foot building at 1111 Fulton Street and the firm of ND Architecture & Design has revealed renderings showing a sleek gray exterior which “embraces a contemporary approach with a use of metal and composite panels.” The property wraps around an existing structure at the intersection of Fulton Street and Claver Place and will have frontage on both streets.
There will be 18 luxury residences on floors 2 through 7, while the 8th floor will include a shared recreation space and laundry room. The 18 residences average 773 square feet, so these will likely be rentals. The ground floor includes the residential lobby and also holds a commercial space with 1,283 square feet. The location is a block from the C train at Franklin Street and the G train at Classon Ave is a short walk away.
