Following the demolition of a three-story commercial building at 830 Flatbush Avenue, the first rendering of the seven-story, mixed-use rental rising in its place has been revealed. The design by Michael Avramides Architects shows a gray brick building with oversized windows and prominent center balconies looming over its neighbors. Rabsky Group is the developer.

According to plans filed with the city, there will be retail space on the ground floor and 20 apartments. Amenities will include storage, laundry, and recreational space in the basement and ground floor. The new building’s easy access to Prospect Park and the Church Avenue subway stop will make it an attractive prospect upon completion.
