Construction at 145 President Street, a rare Carroll Gardens condominium, has just topped out. Next to go up is the Danish brick façade as part of a Scandinavian-inspired design by Avery Hall Investments, which also developed the building in partnership with Aria Development Group. This will complement the surrounding architecture, yet the structure rises above its townhouse neighbors. Completion is anticipated for 2018.
Sales of the 17 condos launched in September, and current availabilities start at $2.445 million for a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath. Floor-to-ceiling, French door-inspired windows fill the homes with natural light; additional features include 9-foot ceilings, white oak floors, and multi-zone temperature control.
