New to the Market Condos with Hotel Services

The pair of twisting towers designed by Bjarke Ingels Group located on the West Chelsea waterfront is finally nearing completion. Work stalled on One High Line in 2019, but construction has resumed following Witkoff Group and Access Industries' purchase of the project in December 2021. Closings began in August and immediate occupancy is available for many units.
A key component of One High Line is Faena Hotel's first New York outpost. Details and amenities are not yet available but it is expected to open in the coming months. The Points Guy describes their Miami and Buenos Aires resorts as "more like mixed-use leisure districts than actual hotels."
