The boldly energetic Tribeca skyscraper is designed by the Pritzker-Prize-winning architects of Herzog & de Meuron and has been more than ten years in the making. Sales first launched in Fall 2008 (yikes) and the project eventually stalled with the original developer, Alexico Group going bankrupt in the process.
