Last we checked in on Circa Central Park, it looked like the 11-story curved building was nearing completion. Now, occupancy is expected in late Spring and Curbed has just revealed photos of the model apartments in all their staged glory. The FXFOWLE-designed building is located at 285 West 110th Street in Harlem and curves around Frederick Douglass Circle.
It's 38 market-rate units have current prices ranging from $1.3M for a one-bedroom and nearly $7.5M for a five-bedroom. Of course, the interiors feature all the top-notch features like oversized windows, oak floors, and best of all, panoramic views of Central Park.

Circa Central Park offers cascading terraces and innovative shades on the exterior facade which feature a lowering system designed to minimize glare while simultaneously maximizing natural light. The sleek yet comfortable residences have kitchens features that include custom Italian cabinetry, Kohler fixtures, Bosch appliances, and a Sub-zero refrigerator. Of course, master baths are complete with radiant heated floors, Grohe fixtures, double sinks, and white marble floors and walls. All homes come with a washer/dryer.
