Leslie Alexander, who's reportedly worth $1.9 billion, has listed his massive Baccarat Hotel & Residences condominium. According to real estate blog, LLNYC, Alexander bought the grandiose unit for a little more than $20.6 million, back in 2015, so if the unit sells for its current $21.5 million-ask it'll only make a modest profit.

The 4,545-square-foot four-bedroom is nestled on one of the top floors of the recently-finished Midtown West tower. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the 50-story mixed-use tower stuns with its shimmery, slim facade and has even more impressive interiors, designed by Tony Ingrao. It contains 61 residential condominiums above 114 hotel rooms and has been listed as one of USA's Best Hotels in 2017 by US News. Its prime Midtown West location, between Fifth & Sixth avenues, affords residents some of the most spectacular 360-degree views of the city, Central Park and such architectural icons such as the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building, and the World Trade Center.

Unit #44 occupies an entire floor and boasts 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a colossal 4,545 square feet of living space. Creme de la creme finishing —like 11-foot tall floor-to-ceiling windows, a separate chef's eat-in kitchen, outfitted with Miele and Subzero appliances, and the white marble master bathroom with deep soaking tub and radiant heated flooring— are to be expected, but the unit also includes an extra large 27x32 living room, an enormous dressing room attached to the master suite, a pristine powder room with frosted mirror walls, and, of course, the signature Baccarat chandelier.

Though pictures of the interiors distributed to brokers are virtually staged —after all, why spoil the fun of seeing the extravagant home in person?— there are some unique details mentioned in the listings. Features and materials, hand picked by master designer Tony Ingrao, include white marble furnished bathrooms, granite countertops with walnut, nickel and glass cabinets, and 6-inch wide oak flooring with mahogany stain.

Also on sale are a few 1-bedrooms for $3,100,000, several 3-bedrooms for $8,520,000, and another 4-bedroom, like Alexander's, for the same $21.5M price-tag.

Esteemed Baccarat residents also receive access to their renowned amenities including the Baccarat Bar, named one of the Best Bars in New York City by Conde Nast, its famous Spa de la Mer, Petite Salon Lounge, swimming pool, and the fitness center. The multi-lingual staff is ready to anticipate the needs of hotel guests and residents, and the tower's location —across the street from St. Thomas Episcopal Church, the Museum of Modern Art and some of the area's iconic architecture— guarantees proximity to Midtown's buzzing nightlife.
