Chelsea29, a 21-story rental tower inspired by its namesake neighborhood’s industrial lofts, recently launched leasing for the 70 brand new apartments at 221 West 29th Street, located between Seventh and Eighth Avenue.

The building was constructed through the Inclusionary Housing Program and, in addition to market-rate units, includes a number of affordable units too. The smartly laid out apartments feature large, soundproof windows overlooking city views and covered by custom solar shades. Open kitchens have Bosch stainless steel appliances and custom-built, back-painted glass cabinets. Other features include Bosch washers and dryers, luxe baths with custom vanities and mosaic tile shower floors, and condominium-quality features and materials.
