Occupying one of the key corners in midtown, this white-brick apartment building is very convenient to the elegant boutiques and art galleries for which the street is famous, Bloomingdale's, several movie theaters and the flashy office buildings of Third Avenue. In addition, there are several decorator and design buildings nearby and the polished granite avenue frontage of this building is leased to Schumacher, the famous fabric house.
