The building's design was intentionally conceived to resemble three smaller buildings rather than a single monolithic structure.

The apartment mix consists primarily of studios and one bedrooms, with some two and three bedroom units ranging from 470 to 2,500 square feet. Standard features include granite countertops, maple floors, and marble bathrooms. Walk-in closets appear frequently throughout the building, with many alcove studios offering multiple closets and efficient layouts that accommodate separate living, dining, and sleeping areas.
