This 33-story rental apartment tower was erected in 1982 by Glenwood Management, one of the city’s leading builders of luxury apartment buildings, and has 8 apartments a floor.

It has 248 apartments and was designed by Costas Konylis.

The rather conventional slab form of the tower is made interesting by indenting the second window bay on each side of its broad facades, a simple but subtle touch.
