"There is a health club in the building that also has outside membership available. The health club is stunning, but some resident`s object to "outsiders" in their gym. The lobby and building hallways are stunning and VERY CLASSY. The building staff is very professional. Pretty standard condo board. Steps from the E, V & #6 subways. Steps from the US Post Office. Many great neighborhood restaurants steps from the doorway. Steps for The Four Seasons, Felidia, 57 57, etc.... Many neghborhood boutiques. The Antiques Center is within 2 blocks, short walk to Bloomingdales, etc..... This buidling has a GREAT location."

"Full service doorman - very freindly and professional staff. Health club is an Equinox in the building but charged separately (i.e., not included). Straigt forward condo board. Prompt turn around of applications Midtown east. Second and 54th, just east of the Post office. Lots of dining on second avenue. Subway is two blocks east at Lexington and 53. Convenient to Turtle bay and UN as well."
