"This building has a very attentive and friendly lobby staff that make every effort to know and assist all the residence. There is a spacious attended health club with swimming pool and private men and womens sauna and dressing areas. The board has recently added new, state of the art cardio machines. The condo board is very co-operative and approved the Buyer without delay. Two blocks from Grand Central so that covers a lot of transportation neccessary to get around the city and beyond.
