"This handsome, 14-story condominium apartment building at 856 Washington Avenue between Eastern Parkway and Lincoln Place in Prospect Heights was built in 2018 by Valyrian Capital and the Daten Group one block away from the Brooklyn Museum of Art.  The developers purchased the site for $6.5 million in 2014.
