Bello has combined his own exclusive dough and sauce recipes with fresh local and imported ingredients for a mouth-watering artisanal thin-crust pie that can be made in a home oven. Best of all, he'll share his pizza-making skills with and your friends at regular hands-on pizza workshops. And because part of being an expert is knowing the field, Bello's pizza experience extends to regular walking tours of some of Little Italy's best pizzerias. Bello's workshops and tours are available for private, public, and corporate functions. Classes and tours fill up early, so plan ahead.
